Shifting Perspectives Staying Curiously Connected
I tell it how it is—no sugar coating, no fluff. If you keep getting in your own way, we’re going to name it.
We’re not here to blame your parents, past relationships, friends, or society. We’re here to understand the impact those experiences had on you—how they shaped the way you think, react, and carry yourself today.
From there, we sift, sort, and shift—perspectives of the world, your inner and outer life—staying curiously connected as we do the work. Underneath all the stress, burnout, anger, and self-doubt—you’re still in there.
My approach is about turning pain into growth and gains. Therapy isn’t about weakness—it’s about taking control of your mind, your relationships, and your life.

Brainspotting or BSP - is a specific technique that is neuroscience informed, & aid’s in the engagement of the brain’s natural healing mechanisms - using particular eye positions, mindfulness and an attuned and compassionate therapist. It can allow for deeper healing, self-empowerment and further evidence in showing how a therapeutic relationship, both the client and the therapist are equals. The client is the master of who they are - the therapist is the master at navigating and connecting your system and your individual life’s journey.

Internal Family Systems or IFS for short - is a transformative approach, allowing us to view ourselves containing multiple parts, along with a core Self. These parts are formed throughout life, due to our environments, experiences, and individual systems. It views the intrapsychic process as a dynamic system. Neuroscience research supports multiplicity, as it transports us from the idea that the human mind is a single unit, rather it is a system of interacting minds. IFS views psychological distress - of the way a person’s subpersonalities have organized to help him or her survive. Then there is the Self, or self energy, which offers healing support to our variety of parts, allowing individuals to recognize in a compassionate way how amazing our human minds & bodies truly are. To give strength, understanding, transformation and wholeness of who you truly are.

Rather than look to see where I could complain - I believe in looking at solutions and shifting my perspective to see where has society and systems gone wrong for men, in forming them, in views of them, their self-views, and how can we improve. Not by tearing anyone down - rather giving understanding, reflecting, healing, and being the best first for themselves - then society and everyone else. It’s not about being selfish - it’s about bringing our actual best selves forward and living with intention rather than what can feel like destruction in one or many areas of life. Bringing compassion over criticism to men - who matter too - will result in a stronger connected society instead of a divide.
